John Lewis Moz the Monster

For 2017, John Lewis’ Christmas campaign introduced the world to Moz the Monster - and we were tasked with bringing the story to life online, instore and with Facebook AR.

Shoppers had the chance to create their own friendly monster in a pioneering WebGL experience; using a single model and a pioneering fur rendering system, the experience was optimised for mobile so that monsters could travel anywhere.

It was the biggest secret I’ve ever had to keep.
